Before you place your order, take a moment to go through this. Shopping with MINIQUE means you are comfortable with everything written below.

Overview

Welcome to MINIQUE. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean MINIQUE. This store runs on Shopify, which is what powers the shopping experience you see here. By using this website you are agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If something here does not sit right with you, please do not use the site.

Section 1: Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your region and that you have given permission for any minors in your care to use this site on devices you own or manage. The information you give us needs to be accurate and complete. Your account is yours alone and cannot be transferred or handed over to anyone else. Keep your login details safe because everything that happens under your account is your responsibility.

Section 2: Our Products

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible but screens vary and colours may look slightly different depending on your device and settings. Product descriptions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to limit quantities available to any one person or region.

Section 3: Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale. MINIQUE reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and received payment. Please go through your order carefully before submitting because cancellations are not always possible once an order goes through. If we need to cancel or change your order we will reach out using the contact details you provided.

Section 4: Pricing

Prices at MINIQUE may differ between our online store and offline purchases. Whatever is shown on the platform you are shopping from is the price that applies at that time. Taxes, shipping, and any other applicable charges are separate unless we state otherwise. We work hard to keep our pricing fair and transparent across both channels.

Section 5: Returns and Exchanges

All sales at MINIQUE are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Our drops are small and move quickly, so once an order is placed we cannot reverse it. Please look through the sizing, product details, and photos carefully before checking out. Still unsure about something? Write to us before ordering. We would much rather sort things out before a purchase than after.

Section 6: Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece is checked before it is packed and sent out. If yours arrives damaged or not as described, do not sit on it. Get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and send us the following:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
A short description of the issue

Once reviewed and confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. It does not happen often but when it does, we sort it.

Section 7: Limited Edition Policy

Every MINIQUE collection is a one time drop. When a product sells out it is gone for good. We do not restock, reorder, or bring anything back from a past collection under any circumstances.

Section 8: Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once your order has shipped it cannot be recalled or cancelled. If you change your mind, let us know as soon as possible.

Section 9: Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or anything outside our control. Once your order leaves us and is with the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you.

Section 10: Intellectual Property

Everything on this site including text, images, graphics, brand names, logos, and design belongs to MINIQUE or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may use this site for personal non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any part of it without written permission from us. MINIQUE's name, logo, and associated brand materials are our trademarks and may not be used without our consent.

Section 11: Third Party Links and Tools

Our site may link to or provide access to third party websites and tools. We have no control over these and are not responsible for their content or practices. Using them is entirely at your own risk. Any issues with third party products or services need to be taken up with them directly.

Section 12: Relationship with Shopify

MINIQUE runs on Shopify but all sales are made directly with MINIQUE. Shopify is not responsible for any part of your purchase including any loss or damage from products bought through this store. By using our site you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your transactions with us.

Section 13: Privacy

Any personal information you share with us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because our store runs on Shopify, some of your data is also processed by Shopify to run the platform. By using this site you confirm that you have read and understood both policies.

Section 14: Feedback

If you send us reviews, suggestions, or any other content, you give MINIQUE the right to use it freely including for commercial purposes, without any obligation to compensate you. Make sure anything you share is yours to share and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

Section 15: Errors and Omissions

Occasionally something on the site may be incorrect, whether that is a price, a description, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time including after an order has been placed.

Section 16: Prohibited Uses

This site is for lawful personal use only. You may not use it for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive. This includes violating intellectual property rights, spreading false information, spamming, impersonating others, scraping data, using bots or automated tools, or doing anything that could harm MINIQUE, Shopify, or other users. We can suspend or terminate your access at any time if these terms have been violated.

Section 17: Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided as they are. We do not guarantee that everything will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Section 18: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MINIQUE, its partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it.

Section 19: Indemnification

You agree to cover MINIQUE, Shopify, and our affiliates against any losses, claims, or legal costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of this site in a way that causes harm to a third party.

MINIQUE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be on this page. Continuing to use the site after any update means you have accepted the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MINIQUE is headquartered. Both parties agree to the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes that arise.
