Returns and Refunds

Before you place your order, take a moment to read through this. Shopping with MINIQUE means you are comfortable with everything written below.

Our Policy

All sales at MINIQUE are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Our collections are limited edition and once a purchase is complete it cannot be reversed. Before checking out please go through the product details, sizing, and photos carefully. If something is unclear before you buy just reach out. We are always happy to help before an order goes through rather than after.

The Only Exception- Damaged or Defective Items

Returns are not accepted at MINIQUE except in one case: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item entirely.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If any of the above apply, do not wait. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue

Once we receive your claim we will review it and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little additional time to post it on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not seen it, contact us at theminiqueboutique@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.

No replacements or exchanges will be offered. A refund is the resolution in all approved damage cases.

What Does Not Qualify

To be completely clear, the following do not qualify for a return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Damage reported after the 48 hour window
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your damaged item claim is approved, a refund will be issued and you are welcome to place a new order separately.

European Union - 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without needing to provide one. To be eligible the item must be in the same condition it arrived in, unworn, unused, with tags still on, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Limited Edition Policy

Every MINIQUE collection is a one time drop. When something sells out it is gone permanently. We do not restock, reorder, or bring anything back from a past collection under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once your order has shipped it cannot be recalled or cancelled. If you change your mind contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before it goes out.

Changes to These Terms

MINIQUE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always live on this page. Continuing to use the site after any update means you have accepted the revised terms.
